By making a payment , the card holder understands the payment is for an inspection call, or services rendered, ONLY. This is NOT a guarantee of the issuance of certificate (s).

It is the sole responsibility of the vessel’s owner/ operator to insure the radio station is in full compliance prior to inspection. Additional charges may be incurred if a re-inspection is required
